While designing the entire on-board experience for Virgin’s ascent into the world of cruising, I co-led an incredibly talented team (UX, UI, content and motion).
The digital ecosystem consisted of a 7-in-one mobile app including a unique booking engine, advanced messaging features, food ordering & way-finding.
In addition to developing accessible 80” touch screens, cabin environment control (incl. media libraries) and customer support tablets.

At Livi/Kry I was fortunate to have the opportunity to support various projects – in the journey towards better remote healthcare services for those in need during testing times.

Kinetic will push business banking forward. Upon its beta release, early adopters will begin to experience a pioneering new service analysing spending, smart categorisation, monthly breakdowns and tailored insights. While serving as the Experience Lead on the central governance team, I oversaw the end-to-end product development process across a fast paced, multi-agency initiative which encouraged HSBC to go beyond their comfort zone

My time at Burberry was primarily spent on developing an initiative called Customer 1-2-1. To better serve luxury fashion shoppers in-store we created a platform product (mobile & tablet) which successfully evolved into a fully integrated ‘clienteling' and mobile POS system

I was fortunate to work across a variety of exciting projects while at the innovation consultancy R/GA. Selected ventures included Liv (lifestyle and personal banking app), Little Brush Big Brush (animated series via a Facebook bot) and acted as R/GA’s UX representative supporting Unilever’s transition onto their 2.0 web platform
